target rich

If you live in Indiana, look out. Your state is home to no less than 8,591 potential terrorist targets, including Amish Country Popcorn in Berne, with its five employees.

“We are nothing but a bunch of Amish buggies and tractors out here," the owner told The New York Times. "No one would care.”

But the Department of Homeland Security seems to think the terrorists may hate our popcorn. Also our water parks, mortuaries, flea markets, and even our jails. And I thought they hated our freedom.

See story, chart and report.

The question is, who exactly drew up this list? And under what influence? And how exactly does it translate into funding, if it has?
